Today, try to find some time to soak up some sunlight and treat yourself to cup of tea. And while basking in the sun and drinking your cup of tea, I want you to continue our wish-making process & repeat the wish meditation exercise from last time. I want you to imagine your wish coming true and give yourself at least five different examples of it. Five ways you will know it is coming true or has come true. Five different experiences you can see clearly in your mind that all have to do with your wish. Notice how each one feels & relish it.
