Join My New Weight Loss Support Community
This week, I've been taking a workshop for creating membership communities and programs, and I've got a great idea for one I would like to create. I'm planning a membership community for women who are trying to lose weight, and it's going to be built around simple mindfulness techniques, tea breaks, self care rituals, and community support.
I am in the process of losing weight, myself, and my passion for Sipology’s dessert tea and self care practices are making it much easier than it was, at first!
As I was listening to this guy leading the workshop, I started mentally making a list of how tea can help you lose weight and it struck me how empowering it could be to build a community around it and combine it with mindfulness techniques and other self care tools and practices.
You probably already know about the connection between stress and cortisol and having a more difficult time with losing weight. A few years ago, researchers did a study where they found that just talking about a stressful day lessened the amount of calories women burned.
But research also has found that mindfulness techniques and other self care resources help women with weight loss. So if you’re trying to lose weight and it hasn’t been easy, this membership will be designed to stack the deck in your favor and I believe you'll be happy with it.
I’ve got lots of ideas for this membership! For mindfulness meditations & other techniques, for affirmations, journal prompts, and other self care tools and resources.
I’m hoping to start with 10-20 women, but I know we will evolve & grow and as we do, I envision us becoming a strong and supportive community.

So far, this is just an idea, & I’m just getting started. Which is why I am inviting you to be a founding member and start at a lower price.
Once everything is in place, and the membership launches officially, I will raise the price but your price will never change.
And I’ll be relying on your feedback to make it the best community it can possibly be.
If you want to join as a founding member, fill in the contact form below. I’ll be holding the lower founding member prices open for a week.
