Renewal requires opening yourself up to new ways of thinking and feeling.
I don't know why it has to be this way, but some mornings, I wake up, and my good mood just won't come to me. Thanks goodness, I have a cozy morning routine that makes me happy.
This morning tea recipe, and the morning tea ritual you can create with it, will take a bad morning and change it to good.
Cozy things always start with tea.
The Morning Tea Recipe
First, choose an apple cinnamon tea that you love, brew it and add sugar, to taste!
I chose Apple Crumble...
Then, add at least a teaspoon each of vanilla and caramel syrup, to taste. I add two each.
Finally, add a little milk or some whipped cream. I added both! Yum. :)

The Morning Tea Ritual
You may recognize these steps from a previous post...
(1) Light a tealight candle
(2) As you make your tea, think about the negative feelings you want to release. Once it is brewed, and you are stirring it, think about the way you want to feel, instead.
(3) Breathe deeply, in and out, as you begin to drink your tea.
(4) Choose a brief meditation to do, as well.
(5) Once you are done with your tea, make a wish for your day and then, blow out your candle.
