The other day, I found out about this really neat challenge that will be happening during the month of December. I signed up, and then began choosing the books I intend to read. They now have been chosen, and doing so completes another mission I took on a few days ago... Recently, I read a post by Jenny in Neverland, called 40 Winter Self-Care Ideas. It really inspired me to do at least 3 of those 40 ideas as soon as possible. And when I wrote about them here, the day I read her post, I promised to report back once they were done… -have a day of hygge -read and gather Christmas books -create a winter and Christmas bucket list Well, I have been hard at work on challenge #2! I created a list of Christmas books I plan to read next month for the Reindeer Readathon. I had decided that I wanted them all to be Christmas books, if possible, but hadn’t remembered at the time, that that was one of the parts of my “challenge accepted,” from Jenny’s post. Here is the list… Dasher - Scrooged Dancer - Xmas in Evergreen, Tidings of Joy Prancer - Santa Claus, by Rod Green Vixen - The Cornish Village School: Happy Ever After Comet - The Rituals of Dinner: The Origins, Evolution, Eccentricities and Meaning of Table Manners Cupid - One Day in December Donner - Wrapped Up in Xmas Blitzen - The 13th Gift: A True Story of a Christmas Miracle Rudolph - The French for Always Can’t wait to start reading them! I’ll be writing a post on each one, as I go. Have you chosen any books for the Christmas season? See you soon! Love, Jeanine
