The day of the Vixen has arrived! There were two requirement choices for the kind of book for this reindeer. I chose a book that has a strong female lead. The Cornish Village School: Happy Ever AfterThis book is the final one, in a series of five. And the main character, Marion Marksharp, shows up in each of the previous four as a very strong character, indeed. And in fact, Marian was a force of nature, if you put it kindly. She wasn't terribly likable in those books, so I wondered what would happen in the final one that would make the reader root for her. But in each book, the author made her seem just a wee bit more sympathetic, even if she still was quite irritating. So I already was looking forward to finding a way to like her, which just shows how good the author is. In this book, finally casts aside her rogue husband and finally meets her match. Would I Recommend it?Absolutely! And in fact, I heartily recommend the entire series. I loved it, and am sad to see the series end. See you next time! Love, Jeanine
