Sunday Reflections on My February Hibernation

2/4/2018

"Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and for a talk beside the fire: it is the time for home." ~ Edith Sitwell

Each Sunday this month, I am going to take some moments to reflect on my hygge hibernation for the past week. What went well, what might need to shift in another direction.

Do you have winter blues? Maybe you could join me in slowing things down, adding hygge moments to your day and leaning into winter's curve by hunkering down & turning inward.

I'll be letting you know how it's going for me & I'd love to hear how it goes for you as well if you decide to give it a try. Watch the video below and see if it's something that might work for you.

This is the happiest winter I have had that I can remember! And now, I'm hoping for another great hygge winter month.

Hope you have one, too!

Love, Jeanine
