Today's post will help you begin to gather together your impressions and thoughts that you've had about the information I've posted. My hope is that as you have been reading this past week or so, you have gathered the information you need to begin creating a highly personalized plan for tackling your winter blues symptoms. I was convinced for several years that I had seasonal affective disorder but, now, I'm not so sure. Today, I was able to spend hours outside, in the local nature preserve. I was one happy camper. I took a lot of picture and walked maybe seven or eight miles. It had been weeks since I walked that far! I felt it! But it was good. Maybe I have a combination of winter blues and cabin fever? Nature girl doesn't like being stuck inside. Two weeks of bone-chilling temperatures were a bit too much for me!

You're reminding me of how I felt one day in the middle of a cold and dreary February. I had left the cold & spent several days in San Diego. And on that day I will never forget, I sat on the beach, on a really big rock, for 3 hours. By the time I went back inside, life was good again. I think being outside in the sun for several hours must have been fantastic for you!
