Three Goals for the 3 in 30 Challenge

I'm Back!

I was a faithful goal-setter, using the 3 in 30 Challenge, many years ago. And then somehow, I lost track of it. But I need the support of this practice now, so I am glad to be getting back to it. If you are new to me, I am a homeschooling mom (for one more year after this one), tea-drinking hermit, abundance coach and healer.

I have some health challenges motivating me right now. One is a challenge I have been managing, one way or another, for decades - winter blues, or SAD. But I also have high blood pressure, and I think this might be the challenge that gets me to really slow down, as I have been meaning to for years now, and find a way to stay grounded and peaceful.

My Goals for November

(1) Sleep for Light - if I can keep getting up early and going to bed on time, I'll not only get enough sleep, but more importantly, have enough time to get the light I need, at the very best time for getting (early morning) for lessening winter blues symptoms.

(2) Weight Loss - my first mission here is to create a meal plan that helps me use healthy carbohydrates to create the serotonin I need, which will lessen cravings, and as I do that. hopefully I will lose a few pounds, too. So far, I have lost 7 pounds (last month), and I hope to keep it up.

(3) Peace - I need to create & choose a lifestyle that helps me stay calm and grounded. I have begun doing that each winter and it spills over a bit into summer, but I am stressed out right now due to some of the things happening right now, and I can't let that move me away from peacemaking. So, since I need more, I want to do more to stay calm & grounded.

What are your goals for the month of November?

Love to you, today!

Jeanine
