A woman who reads is a woman who knows she must act: in courage, in creativity, in kindness, and often in defiance of the darkness around her. She understands that life itself is a story and that she has the power to shape her corner of the drama. - Book Girl, Sally Clarkson
The Reading Nook
I have loved reading all of my life!
I still remember my excitement when two new Dr. Seuss books would come in the mail each month. And I still love finding new things to read on Scribd and Kindle Unlimited. Do you love to read, too?
Someday, I hope to have an actual reading room in my home. But for the moment, my cozy reading room is a reading corner, instead.
If we dedicate spaces in our homes to peaceful activities, such as reading a novel, working through a stack of magazines or even putting on a mud mask and meditating, they can serve as reminders to slow down and find time for self-care amid hectic schedules. -Perfect Cozy Reading Nook, thespruce.com
Book Blogging: Find Your Next Favorite
This page is a portal to my book blogging adventures!
I'll be sharing links to my book reviews and recommended reading. And a space dedicated to my Jane Austen book club, where we will read both Jane Austen novels and retellings.
Go have a look!
Thanks for stopping by!
Love, Jeanine
