The Santa Journal
“Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful. ” Do you miss Christmas as soon as it's over? And long for it months before the season begins again?
This journal offers moments of connection to the innocence and magic of Christmas. But it also offers way to hold the happy moments close and to let go of the ones that need to heal or be released. Each entry offers a brief guided meditation and there's a URL for a web page here that offers a recorded meditation. |
Use it to anchor the moments you want to remember and let go of the ones you don't while reconnecting to the energy and magic of the holiday season. I don't know about you, but journaling, in general, can be a challenge for me, especially during the winter season.
Is that true for you, too?
And then, to have the challenge of trying to write my way out of whatever I am feeling? I don't love it. But Santa journaling gives it a fun and innocent spin that it definitely would not have otherwise.
Try it and see if it does the same for you. And make sure to weave your journaling experiences into or around the hygge moments you are creating.
Light a candle, make yourself a cup of your favorite tea or hot chocolate, sink down into a cozy seat and begin the process of writing your next letter to Santa.
Wishing you warm, cozy Christmas moments in the cold, dark months of winter and Christmas delight and anticipation during the warm, bright months of spring, summer and fall.
Love, Jeanine
