I know, from my own experience, that having winter blues can be both discouraging and demoralizing. And I hate the way it dogs you all the way through spring. When you see those first signs of spring, it can feel as if all of nature is trying to tell you that winter is over. And it begins to be over on the outside. But not so much on the inside, right? Well, if that's your experience, I'm going through it with you. And I don't just want to tell you this will work or try that because it will work. I want to encourage you.
For all those moments when nothing seems to be working.
Don't give up! Stay with me all month in March, on The Hygge Blog, as we look at what you can do to make spring better. And watch these videos below anytime you need a reminder about what you can do to make spring feel a little better. Let me know how it goes, okay? Contact me here.
The video above is first, because light therapy and bright light has been the most powerful resource for me when it comes to winter blues and it is the most often recommended as a way to make up for the loss of sunlight. But in this video below, after reminding you to use light, I share another important way to approach winter blues, especially during the spring, when it feels like your winter blues should be over.
